About the role

Become the engine that keeps our Category team moving. In this fast‑paced support role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our commercial plans come to life – coordinating suppliers, managing data with accuracy, and keeping key processes running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities
  • Keep our Category team running like clockwork by managing product and supplier data, filing, and documentation with precision.
  • Support range reviews, promotional plans, and supplier meetings by collecting essential information and ensuring all activities run smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date product and pricing information, collaborating with internal teams to keep systems reliable and current.
  • Be the link with suppliers, tracking samples, product specs, and delivery schedules to keep everything moving smoothly.
  • Help the team stay on top of stock levels and sales performance, providing timely insights through reporting tools.
  • Follow commercial processes and governance standards to keep operations compliant and consistent.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with Supply Chain, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to bring category initiatives to life.
  • Communicate confidently with colleagues and suppliers, supporting the team in achieving category goals and driving results.
About you
  • A motivated individual with a basic understanding of commercial processes and retail operations
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage data accurately.
  • Confident communicator who works effectively and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, keeping projects on track with support from the team.
