• Excellent attention to detail is essential.
• Familiarity with calculating claim values using Ogden tables preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex injury claims.
• Communicate with insurer clients and meet their queries.
• Draft technical advice on all aspects of claim handling.
• Maintain up-to-date information in case management systems.
