A leading executive search firm is seeking a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to join their team. This role is fully remote and involves investigating and settling various liability claims, primarily for Employers and Public Liability. The suitable candidate will leverage their technical knowledge to ensure compliance with client requirements while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for those experienced in handling insurance claims and managing client relationships in a remote setting.
Our client is looking to recruit a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis.
You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.
The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
