Overview

At Whittlebury Park we are looking for hardworking staff to join our busy Kitchen Department. Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.

Salary: up to £12.21 per hour

Responsibilities

• As a Kitchen Porter, you will: ensure the plates, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and pot wash area supplies are available when required, and that kitchen areas are always cleaned.
• Discard any chipped or broken crockery immediately in a safe manner.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and goods-in areas, ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
• The hours of work can vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods. The list of duties is not exhaustive and you may be required to carry out reasonable tasks as requested by management.
