  • Monitor staff working practices to ensure efficient and productive service, in line with company procedures and job descriptions.
  • Liaise with the kitchen team to guarantee all food products are serviced according to specified timings.
  • Adhere to Food Allergens information and service procedures.
  • Ensure bar and floor staff are attentive to guests’ needs, working promptly to minimise wait times.
  • Welcome guests, take orders and serve beverages.
  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and service experience.
  • Serve guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Deal with customer and staff complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Actively upsell products to maximise revenue capture.
