Job description

Caretaker needed in Southampton £18.72ph ref 5271429

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

You will be carrying out a range of construction and property maintenance activities within Southampton City boundary. You will be provided with a van, uniform and PPE.

We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task and can carry out small works in other trade disciplines, to undertake the role of Carpenter within the Housing Operations team. Experience of working with UPVC installation and property maintenance would be an advantage. You will be liaising with residents, peers and colleagues on a daily basis so communication and customer focus will be essential to the role.
