Responsibilities

• Execute carpentry tasks with precision, including framing, flooring, and cabinetry.
• Perform a variety of multi-trade duties including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to minimise disruption.
• Manage materials and inventory effectively to reduce waste and optimise resources.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry or equivalent qualification in building trades.
• Proven experience as a carpenter or multi-trade technician.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel to various work sites.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• 15 mile radius to either Faversham, Kent or Gravesend, Kent.
