What will I be doing?

The Castle School in Taunton is looking to recruit a Careers Lead to join our successful, busy school, to work with young people to provide careers education opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be working alongside our experienced Careers Advisor and leading the strategic planning and organisation of the careers programme.

The actual days and hours worked can be agreed with the successful candidate but these will need to generally fit within school hours.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

Applicants should be enthusiastic, patient, demonstrate flexibility, initiative and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
