We are looking for a qualified Careers Advisor to join our Careers team at Oldham College. The successful candidate should hold a qualification in careers at level 6 or be working towards this. The position is full time but we would consider a term time application. The requirements of the role are to provide careers advice and guidance in a one-to-one setting or group workshops to our learners with their career aspirations, to help current and potential learners identify and consider the range of choices available to them and outline possible ways forward, using a range of tools and resources, and to undertake administration duties to ensure that all delivery evidence is complete and compliant in line with quality standards.
