A local council in England is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee its residential care service in Dunstable. This role involves managing operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care for individuals with complex needs. Candidates should hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and committed leader who drives a positive person-centred culture and high-quality care to manage our residential care service in Dunstable, Central Bedfordshire.
Linsell House is a CQC registered service providing 24/7 accommodation and personal care for up to 16 people with complex health needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and sensory impairments. The service also provides regular respite care to over 30 individuals. The service has a dedicated team of 40 made up of two deputy managers, care and support staff, kitchen staff and an administrator.

Salary
£51,471 – £55,585 per annum pro rata.
