Clarity Session topics are often a subset of the themes addressed in our courses: job search; career reset; new business ideas; portfolio career strategy; upskilling, learning, and travel for a restorative break; or navigating the social, cultural, and emotional aspects of life in a new country.

• Deliver sessions tailored to each member’s career and business challenges


• Guide job search strategies through comprehensive job search processes


• Facilitate career transitions, resets, industry pivots, and bold moves


• Offer business advisory services on new ideas and entrepreneurial ventures


• Design upskilling pathways - including AI, and travel-based experiences


• Support international transitions and relocations (Europe focus)


• Maintain session excellence and actionable insights for professional growth

About You

• Proven coaching experience, business mentoring, and/or related advisory roles


• Demonstrable client success stories


• Business acumen - especially entrepreneurship and portfolio career strategies


• International perspective, and experience supporting professionals in relocations


• Excellent communication skills - listening, empathy, and talent for insight


• Cultural sensitivity - across various backgrounds and career stages


• Availability to accommodate sessions and maintain part-time commitment
