A residential care provider in Northern Ireland is seeking a Care Team Leader to plan and deliver high-quality care. You will lead Care Assistants, ensuring standards are met while providing person-centred care, particularly for residents with dementia. As a Care Team Leader at Kathryn Homes, you'll be all about professionalism, kindness, and compassion. The Care Team Leader role requires you to plan and provide high-quality care that makes our residents feel safe, respected, and independent.You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards. Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues are key parts of your role.Our Care Team Leaders also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents. You will handle medication and make sure everything is in order with medication audits.About you:We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader who excels in person-centred care planning, possesses expertise in dementia care, and has experience of leading teams to deliver exceptional care.
