Care Team Leader — Sidmouth, Devon. From £14.46 per hour. 12-hour shifts. Day Shifts, Overtime Available. Permanent.

Key Duties
  • Oversee the team day-to-day, allocating job roles.
  • Ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks to meet residents' needs.
  • Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and procedures.
  • Administer medication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by team members and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records.
Requirements
