A local governmental organization in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader for the Spring Meadow Day Service. This role involves leading a team of Care Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in social care, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to equality and dignity in care delivery.

Working Hours: 18.5 hours per Week
Worker Type:Onsite Worker
Salary:Starting Salary is £36,363 (Level one) rising to £39,152 (Level three) per annum (pro rata for part-time)

About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? Spring Meadow Day Service is looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team on a job share basis.
In this rewarding role, you will lead and support a team of Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and fulfilment. You'll be responsible for coordinating care plans, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with care standards, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both citizens and colleagues.

This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English, is an essential requirement for the role.
A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
