Who We Care For
Our clients come from diverse backgrounds with varied interests and needs. Some enjoy listening to music and spending time with friends; others may be keen readers or gardeners.
The common bond among all our clients is that your support with daily routines and encouragement to remain as independent as possible helps maintain a healthy and happy life in later years.
"This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
As a
Team Leader at Belong, you will provide professional leadership, coaching, and development to a team of dedicated support workers. You will be responsible for medication management within the household, ensuring accurate records and up-to-date customer plans. Demonstrable experience and awareness that challenges may arise will help you plan your time and support team effectively, always supporting individual needs.
This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about health and well-being in later years. The right candidate will be an exceptional role model and hold an
NVQ Level 3 in Care (or be working toward it); experience in a dementia care setting is preferred.
