Job description

Please note that this is a full-time role working nights only, from 8pm to 8am, with 38.5 hours per week. Full flexibility is required.

Reporting to the Home Manager, the Care Team Leader at HC-One will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. As a Care Team Leader, you will lead by example, ensuring that all residents' individual care needs are met at all times.

As a Care Team Leader, you will be a team player with good communication skills. Kindness will come naturally to you. You will have a keen eye for detail, act with integrity, and be driven by fairness. You will behave transparently, showing respect to residents, their families, and colleagues. You must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Adult Care and have previous experience working in elderly and dementia care.
