Responsibilities

• Guide new staff through shadow shifts and ensure understanding of procedures.
• Report concerns related to staff or customers to the office.
• Ensure medication accuracy for customers.
• Build rapport with staff and customers, promoting Caremark.
• Handle on-call emergency issues.
• Mentor Care and Support Workers as needed.
• Conduct introductory visits with new customers.
• Perform spot checks and medication reviews.
• Collect customer information and documentation as requested.
• Provide care and support to customers.
