Position Details

• Contract: Permanent
• Hours: 33.5 hours per week with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Pay: £15.24 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

As a Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. You will uphold our commitment to high‑quality care, support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, oversee the Care and Support role, ensure their safety, coordinate activities and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

About You

• You are warm, friendly, organised and self‑motivated with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (those with L2 are welcome to apply but will need to undertake their L3).
• You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
• You will have previous experience of managing team members.
