• Must have care home or social care experience as a senior carer.
• Able to demonstrate specific knowledge of clinical care in the older person.
• Strong communicator with a can-do attitude.

Person Specification:

Education, training and qualifications

• Care practitioner award or equivalent
• Mentor/Supervision qualification
• Willing to undertake further clinical training
• Willing to undertake training qualification

Knowledge

• Able to demonstrate specific knowledge of clinical care in the older person

Experience

• Care home, Social Care or caring experience as a senior carer
• Customer service experience
