• Assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
• Be responsible for the supervision of staff.
• Actively contributing to staff training programs.
• Maintaining a well-organized medication system, including ordering, recording, administration, and disposal.
• Hands-on care delivery.

Working closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, you will contribute to the seamless management of the home while maintaining a level of hands-on care and support to residents.
