We have a fantastic opportunity for a Care Manager, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of our new Radfield Home Care Office in Spalding.

Responsibilities

- Ensure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that is right for them.
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care Office in Spalding.
Requirements
- You're someone with a proven ability to take responsibility and excellent leadership skills.
- You love the challenge of a busy, fluid working environment where no two days are ever the same.
- You're a people person, with experience of recruiting, managing and developing a team in a client-focused organisation and previous experience working for a home care agency.
- UK driver's licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.
- We are also interested to hear from Deputy Care Managers and Care Co-ordinators who may be looking for their next step in their care career.
- Successful applicants who do not hold a qualification in Leadership and Management in Care or equivalent will start working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
- This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure, a check against the Adult First register and satisfactory references from previous employers (or other suitable referees).
