A leading care provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services. The ideal candidate will manage staff allocations, ensure compliance with care regulations, and provide holistic support to residents with varying needs. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £31,000 per year, with additional benefits such as annual bonuses, life insurance, and a company pension.
At Hatzfeld we provide residential care for adults with varying needs such as Asperger’s, Schizophrenia or eating disorders to age-related illnesses or Dementia. A person-centred care plan is produced tailored to each individual’s specific needs.

As aCare Manageryou will be expected to report to the Home Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of a quality and comprehensive care service within Hatzfeld Care Ltd. To ensure effective running and allocation of work to a team of Seniors and Support Workers, including contributing towards managing the staff rota, performance, health and safety, infection control, conduct and attendance. Continuously striving towards achieving excellence in all areas of practice.
