Overview

Location: Our Care Homes across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin

Hours: Up to 37 hours per week, may include weekends, bank holidays & evenings as required to meet service needs

On call: Secondary on call every other weekend.

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Due to a change in the way we support our Care Home Leadership Teams, we’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Care Home Support Officer to work alongside our home management team. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day operations, help implement company standards, and ensure our residents receive the highest quality care.

Who we are looking for

The position would be ideally suited to someone who has been a Care Home Manager, Deputy Manager or held a Senior Position in a care home who will provide support and understand the role and requirements of working in a care home. You must have a full driving licence and your own transport.
