A leading care service provider is seeking a Care Home Support Officer to assist in day-to-day operations within their homes across England. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles within care homes and hold or be pursuing an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care. Responsibilities include supporting audits, fostering positive relationships, and implementing new initiatives. Location: Our Care Homes across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin
Hours: Up to 37 hours per week, may include weekends, bank holidays & evenings as required to meet service needs
On call: Secondary on call every other weekend.
Salary: £55,000 per annum

Due to a change in the way we support our Care Home Leadership Teams, we’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Care Home Support Officer to work alongside our home management team. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day operations, help implement company standards, and ensure our residents receive the highest quality care.
The position would be ideally suited to someone who has been a Care Home Manager, Deputy Manager or held a Senior Position in a care home who will provide support and understand the role and requirements of working in a care home. You must have a full driving licence and your own transport.
You must hold or be working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
