Care Home Manager - Nursing Home

Location: Watton, Norfolk

Salary: £70,000 per year + £3,000 Welcome Bonus + Excellent PRP + Additional Performance Bonuses

Hours: Full-time, salaried

Contract: Permanent

Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager in a nursing or residential care setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving occupancy and financial targets
  • In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and care legislation
  • NMC registration as a nurse (desirable, not essential)
The Role
  • Lead and manage a 70-bed nursing home, ensuring outstanding care and operational excellence
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and uphold high-quality care standards
  • Manage budgets effectively, meeting financial and occupancy targets
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Oversee a well-established management team, including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, and Hospitality Manager
  • Drive marketing initiatives to promote the service and maintain full occupancy
