Location: Springcare Head Office, Whitchurch Business Park, SY13 1LJ

Hours: 37.5 per week

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our in-house team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to shape environments that enhance the lives of our residents, families, and staff across our network of care homes.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the design and refurbishment of care home interiors across multiple sites
  • Create warm, welcoming, and dementia-friendly environments
  • Collaborate with operations, facilities, and care teams to deliver functional and beautiful spaces
  • Source furnishings, materials, and finishes that balance aesthetics, safety, and budget
  • Ensure all designs meet regulatory and accessibility standards
What we’re looking for
  • Degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Proven experience in commercial or healthcare design (care sector preferred)
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • A passion for creating spaces that support well-being and dignity
  • Willingness to travel to sites across the group
  • 5 – 10 years experience essential
  • Portfolio of previous work required
  • Hold a valid UK Drivers Licence
