Qualifications

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance.
  • Experience of working within the care sector at a supervisory level.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Branch Care Manager by providing care to customers and carers.
  • Ensure customers receive a high standard of care through effective staff allocation.
  • Complete direct observations and supervisions for care teams.
  • Support recruitment of new team members.
  • Reassess customers to ensure care plans reflect their needs.
  • Seek new business opportunities for the branch.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained.
