Overview

Varang Healthcare - a leading homecare provider, are looking for a skilled and motivated Care Cordinator to join our team in meeting the needs of those we serve in the vibrant and diverse locality of Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor, and surrounding areas.

This role will give you a great opportunity to grow and take on extra responsibility. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate dignity and respect along with empathy and an understanding of what the clients and carers need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocating work to care Workers fairly and appropriately.
  • Monitoring of sickness, absenteeism, or holidays and arranging appropriate cover.
  • Communicating handover information to care staff and clients.
  • Participating in the on call on a rostered basis. Submission of KPI s on a weekly basis. Communicating with the care team to ensure all client calls are covered.
  • Liaising with clients and family members to match carers to new packages.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records for all clients and carers.
  • Contribute to the growth of the branch.
  • Assist with inducting and supervising carers.
  • Work with the training team to ensure carers' training is up to date.
  • To maintain skills and undertake training and development as may be required to maintain practices. Maintain all Care Plans/care records in accordance with Varang Recruitment s policy.
  • Organize and plan supervision and appraisals for care staff.
