Care Coordinator

Location: North Coventry & Bedworth

Salary: £25,500-£27,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Designing thoughtful, travel-aware schedules for our Care Assistants
  • Matching clients with the right Care Assistant and arranging warm introductions
  • Responding to last-minute changes with calm and clarity
  • Building strong relationships with clients and staff alike
  • Maintaining accurate records in our scheduling system
  • Supporting recruitment and staffing needs
  • Occasionally delivering care when needed, ensuring continuity and trust
  • Participating in on-call duties on a rota basis
Qualifications
  • Solid experience in domiciliary care and a proven track record coordinating rotas and care schedules
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential, as the role involves travel across North Coventry and Bedworth)
