Overview

Be Caring is a care provider and community. We are looking for a passionate, caring, and values-driven individual to join as a Care Coach (Senior Carer). In this key role, you'll support our Care Support Workers to deliver the very best standards of care, mentoring and coaching them to live our values every day.

Location: Liverpool (L7)
Salary: £26,780 per annum + generous on-call payments
Bonus: Up to £300 new starter bonus + £300 refer-a-friend bonus
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, with occasional evening and on-call work)
Contract: Permanent, full-time

What You'll Do
  • Support staff to deliver high-quality care through coaching, mentoring, training, and direct support.
  • Onboard and mentor new colleagues, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practice training to staff and service users.
  • Deliver Be Supported and Best Practice sessions to continually raise care standards.
  • Offer additional input on complex care packages when needed.
  • Ensure CQC standards and Be Caring policies are always met.
What We're Looking For
  • A caring, values-led individual with a passion for supporting others.
  • Previous care experience is preferred, but not essential - full training will be given.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
