Visits to our clients are no less than 1 hour, so you have the time needed with the client. We know that you are not “just a carer” and we value what you do.

Responsibilities

Care Assistant responsibilities:

  • Visits with our clients are no less than 1 hour, so no rushing, you get to spend quality time and build up a rapport with your client
  • Pension, plus holiday pay and paid mileage
  • Great Hourly Rates of pay ( £14.30 for evenings & weekends) and double time for bank holidays
  • Employee referral scheme of £200
  • Average hour (or guaranteed hours) contracts available
  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
  • Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
