A local charity in Foxhill is seeking a Care Support Worker to provide support and assist residents in a residential care home. You will help empower residents to make choices, support personal care, and encourage social engagement. Ideal candidates will have strong observational skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn. We are looking for a Care Support Worker to work at our residential care home based in Foxhill, S6.
Hours: 44 hours per week
Shift pattern: 8:00pm to 8:00am, 4 nights per week, including weekends (usually alternate) and bank holiday work
Location: Foxhill, S6
All new team members are required to attend an induction at our training room in S13 prior to starting work in the care home. These are run every three weeks, starting on a Monday between 9:30am and 3:30pm.
