A community care organization is looking for part-time and full-time Care Assistants to enrich lives in the Newcastle upon Tyne area. You will provide personal care, promote independence, and support clients in their daily lives. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong commitment to care values and a can-do attitude are essential. Flexible shifts are available, and comprehensive training will be provided.
We are recruiting a minimum of 2 part-time and 2 full-time Care Assistants to provide care and support to people living in all NE7 areas (including Heaton and High Heaton).

If you are the kind of person that can make people smile while visiting them in their home, then a Care Assistant with Be Caring could be the right fit for you. You do not need a degree or care qualifications to be a Care Assistant, but you will need the right values. Each day is varied, and you will need to have a can-do attitude.
Pay: £12.82 p/hr (drivers) - paid per shifts not per call, travel time included
We are looking for people with Be Caring values to join our team. For this role you do not need care experience; we recognise you will have many transferable skills from previous roles. We will provide you with the training you need to be an outstanding Care Assistant.
Induction Training includes:
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which for this role include late shift working and alternate weekends. Shifts include Early 7:00am - 3:00pm and Late 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times). We will agree your working pattern, setting a 2-week rota which includes alternate full weekends and evenings as agreed within your working hours.
