A local healthcare provider is seeking compassionate Care Assistants in Belper, England, to support clients in their homes. This flexible role offers full or part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, with comprehensive training provided. Applicants must have a full driving licence and an available car as you will travel to our customer's home to support them.

In this role, you can work part-time or full-time hours, which includessome evenings, and some mornings and must include alternate weekends.

We’ll ensure you have all the right training and development and feel confident in your support before we expect you to carry out support of our customers alone. After all, our care assistants support our customers so it’s important that you feel supported and equipped for the role.
We understand that every member of our team has their own home life and this is why our role offers the flexibility to work around you and your own home life. This is a full or part-time role, working some evenings and early mornings in addition to other parts of the day and including alternate weekends. We do have evening and weekend only work. Although we try to be flexible where we can, we do require you to be flexible with us too.
