This post attracts a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce. This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period and is subject to eligibility criteria.

About the Role

We’re looking for kind-hearted, dependable, and enthusiastic Care assistant (Extra Care) to join our dedicated team at Avondown House, one of our vibrant Extra Care schemes. This is more than just a job it’s a chance to make a real difference every single day by supporting adults to live independently in their own homes, within a warm and welcoming community.

Weekly Schedule
  • Monday – 9:00 – 15:30 (30 hours)
  • Tuesday – 9:00 – 15:30 (30 hours)
  • Wednesday – 9:00 – 15:30 (30 hours)
  • Thursday – 9:00 – 15:30 (30 hours)
  • Friday – 9:00 – 15:30 (30 hours)
  • Saturday – 9:00 – 15:30 (30 hours)
  • Sunday – 9:00 – 15:30 (30 hours)
