Care Assistant Days. Ribble Court Care Home

£12.38 per hour

3 shifts per week (33 hours) or 3-4 shifts per week (38.5 hours), alternate weekends

8am-8pm shifts

Here at Ribble Court, we provide high-quality specialist/complex nursing care and residential dementia care on separate floors, with a person-centred focus based on the needs and wishes of the residents maintained at all times.

Responsibilities

• As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve: undertaking any necessary training
• Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focused on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
• Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
• Working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents\' needs are met

• *Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
