Care Assistant (Days). Fleetwood Hall Care Home

£12.26 per hour
38.5 hours per week
8am-8pm working on a '3 on 3 off' rota

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, meals, and daily routines
• Promote independence and dignity in everyday tasks
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Accurately document care records and communicate with the wider care team
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centred care

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
