Overview

Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:

  • helping with washing and dressing
  • Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
  • finding out and knowing residents interests and needs
  • general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
  • supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities
Shift patterns

We provide 24-hour care, with day shifts from 8am until 8pm and night shifts from 8pm until 8am.

  • Day contracts: 8am–8pm
  • Day contracts: 8am–2pm
  • Day contracts: 2pm–8pm
  • Night contracts: 8pm–8am

Requirements

Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
