Overview

Job responsibilities
  • Deliver high standards of personal care and support the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, promoting independence, dignity and respect.
  • Recognise and escalate clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infection in a timely manner.
  • Act courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting dignity and individuality.
  • Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
