Overview

Quantum Care, a not‑for‑profit organisation, provides high‑quality care services for over 2,000 older people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and deliver compassionate, respectful care to our residents, ensuring they enjoy everyday life in our homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, respectful care to older people, meeting their physical, emotional and social needs.
  • Work flexible shifts (including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays) as our homes operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
  • Adhere to all care protocols, maintain accurate records and promote a safe, positive environment.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene and medication administration under supervision.
Requirements
  • Age 18 years or over.
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills and a genuine empathy for older people.
  • Will‑ingness to complete our first‑class in‑house training.
