A well-respected care provider is seeking a Care Assistant to join its team in Upper Kirkton, Scotland. The role involves providing high-quality personalized care to residents, engaging them in activities, and working collaboratively with coworkers. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Essential qualities include a caring nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
