Delivering care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality. This includes helping those with limited mobility, providing emotional support, and caring for residents at the end of their lives, always prioritizing their well-being.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional role-specific training, with the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
