Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care including bathing and dressing.
  • Follow individual care plans and help with medication management.
  • Support practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

Job Description

What you’ll do

Our care assistants support clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. You’ll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and medication. You’ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

No social care experience is required. We value compassion and the ability to care. Resilience and a willingness to learn new skills as part of a close-knit team are essential.
