A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a compassionate and attentive Complex Care Assistant in Luton. The role involves providing personal care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety. Ideal candidates will be empathetic, energetic, and experienced in the care sector. Working in the family home of our client you will make a real difference in providing care and support to this family by ensuring the safety and comfort of our client.
This is a very important and rewarding role that requires a confident caring and friendly care professional.
The main duties of the role will be providing personal care administering medication seizure management moving and handling.
A care worker that speaks Urdu or Hindi would be advantageous but not essential.
Although our client is non verbal she benefits greatly from staff who engage with her through speech and interaction. Talking to her reassuring her and including her in conversations are very important.
We are looking for a care professional who brings energy empathy and enthusiasm to every shift. You will be someone who values building strong relationships and provided high quality and attentive care.
The right fit for the client is someone that is empathetic kind and able to engage with the client in a warm consistent way.
Experience within a care role is desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full nurse-led training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various areas.
