Overview

Care Assistant
Richmond Village Letcombe Regis, South Street, Oxfordshire, OX12 9RG

£13.20 per hour - Paid breaks plus £500 welcome bonus. Permanent. Full or part time, across 12 hour shifts (08:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00), to include alternate weekends.

Starter Bonus: If you are hired into this role, a one-off Starter Bonus of £500 will be paid in the next available pay run after completing four weeks’ service, subject to deductions for tax and NI. Ts & Cs Apply.

You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By
  • Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care. Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents
  • Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
  • Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes
  • Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals
