You can choose between full-time or part-time work by informing us of your availability. While we strive to be flexible, we also require flexibility from our team members. We encourage alternating weekend shifts, and our shift patterns are 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00.
Availability is agreed with all staff prior to starting work with us. We operate a 2 week rota, Week 1 and Week 2, expecting weekend cover one weekend out of the two for full time workers.
All staff are allowed 28 days of paid holiday per year; this is granted based upon the ability of the service to cover calls during the proposed vacation time. The company always tries to fulfil vacation requests, however short notice requests can be difficult to grant, so we advise all staff to delay confirming any holiday bookings until time off has been approved.
