We have two residential homes in which our residents can live their lives suitable to their individual needs and as independently as possible. Both homes are within walking distance of the local town, shops and beach front.

Care Assistants Responsibilities
  • Attend handover at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure all our residents can be supported fully
  • Provide care and support to residents whose needs may include personal care, continence support, eating & drinking
  • Assist as required those with mobility issues, physical disabilities and help in the use of care aids and equipment
  • Assist with meals and snacks as required, ensuring individual dietary requirements are followed.
  • To record and document adequate records of client care and support on our digital care planning software.
  • Ensure care plans & risks assessments are followed and updates and changes are communicated to Senior teams to ensure reflected
  • Maintain high levels of communication, attend regular meetings and supervisions

All About Care are looking for individuals with Care experience, preferably in mental health and who have gained a minimum of Level 2 H&SC Diplomas. Candidates who have residential experience are enthusiastic, can work well in a team and follow instruction will be beneficial.
