Overview

As a Care Assistant with Runwood Homes, you’ll join a dedicated team united by a desire to positively impact the lives of residents. We’re seeking Care Assistants who are empathetic, warm-hearted, and capable of supporting residents to embrace life to the fullest and promote independence within a kind and compassionate setting.

We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience, though it is beneficial. Successful Care Assistants will have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Each day will bring something new, making for a diverse yet rewarding role.
