Duties
  • Assist residents or clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
  • Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the resident's condition.
  • Drive residents to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
  • Help create a positive and engaging environment for residents through social interaction and companionship.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all.
Requirements

Enhanced DBS on Update Service

Over 6 months experience working in a care home in UK

COS or British Passport
