A major healthcare provider in Bristol is seeking a Cardiology Receptionist/Administrator. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and maintaining communication with clinical staff. You'll manage patient queries and ensure a welcoming environment. To provide a welcoming environment for patients when they attend the department. Providing good customer service skills with attention to detail, to be able to multi‑task prioritising own workload.
Able to work well in a team and as an individual. To provide administration support in the back office and answer telephone calls.
Hours of work will be Monday Thursday Friday
11.45 to
17.00 and Tuesday
12.45 to
17.00 this includes a break of 15 minutes Total hours 19 per week.
