• Working Hours : 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 Days a Week
• Mon-Fri 10am-7pm / Sat 10am-6pm / Sun 10am-4pm

Responsibilities of the Car Sales Manager :

• Lead and motivate a team of Business Managers to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the finance and insurance (F&I) journey.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding F&I targets.
• Act as the go‑to finance expert, assisting customers with funding options and closing deals.
• Manage finance lead pipelines and work closely with the wider sales and specialist teams.
• Build strong working relationships with lender partners and stay up to date with their latest policies and systems.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to the team to ensure consistent development and performance.
• Monitor and manage team KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and drive continual improvement.
• Maintain compliance with FCA and regulatory frameworks.
• Convert high volumes of enquiries into appointments and successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Requirements for the Car Sales Manager :

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager role with a focus on F&I performance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
• Excellent track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Confidence in handling performance management and driving improvement.
